Napa County Average Sold Price in January 2012, Napa, Napa Valley, CA.
The average sold price in January 2012 was $525,000 which is up from $512,000 in January 2011. The average for sale price in January 2012 was $1,247,000 which is also up from $1,090,000 in January 2011.
